Not looking for sympathy

See The Letter I’m not sure how to start this. I don’t want it to be a laundry list of things. I think I did wrong. I doubted it I have my doubts every day. Just wanted you to know my reality and I sm sorry if it impacted you I’m sorry if how I handled things caused you angst…at the time I always thought I was doing the right thing My insecurities drove a lo of my behaviour. They stem from a childhood of…. I am not trying to place blame on my parents for how I turned out and not equipped to deal…they were doing things as best as they knew how. I am not looking for sympathy. I’m afraid if I write it, you’ll think it’s an excuse. I simply was hoping to give you insight into who I was and how I came to be that way...

Mortality scares....

Apparently today I had a  transient ischemic attack or "TIA". It is often referred to as a ministroke.  A  TIA  is a brief interruption of blood flow to part of the brain, spinal cord or retina, which may cause temporary stroke-like symptoms but does not damage brain cells or cause permanent disability. When Bryan, my doctor, told me I had had a TIA it was a real kick in the balls!
